Natalie founded Key West Nest to offer a unique, dual perspective: combining her sharp eye for real estate value with her passion for creating stunning living spaces. With a Degree in Business Management and a Minor in Interior Design from Florida State University, Natalie brings a rare blend of business acumen and creative vision to the table. Most of her career has been spent in the Marketing field in Atlanta. This is VERY detailed-oriented work. It’s where she fine-tuned her ‘eye’ and gained immeasurable knowledge about how to effectively manage projects.
Natalie has worked in various facets of the Real Estate industry, from first becoming a licensed Realtor in Georgia and flipping houses, to moving back to Key West and becoming a Realtor in Florida. As well as working for a local Real Estate Attorney for 3 years. The ability to pivot and learn is second nature to her. Her business knowledge combined with her design instincts, means she understands exactly what makes a property a solid investment and a joyful place to live.
